I just saw the loading screen u have uploaded for windows xp..
Its rly cool,
I have one question, how can i make such loading screen, cuz i want one that is like my login screen and wallpaper..
I can send you the wallpaper i have if you can make it..
And if you can make it without tuneup it would be nice

its really quite easy
there is a bootscreen creation software

its called booteditor
it is free and its really straight forward
so if you get stuck
feel free to contact me

It was really easy to use and good
but i got a problem, or maybe there is no problem
but when im putting my picture it says my pic is on 32bit
and if i want to convert it to 16.. when i do that the pic is rally uggly
can i only use 16bit for bootscreen?

you mean 16 colours :P
and yeah, its DOS so it doesnt support anything else

unless you have windows 7, which supports it
